Cissy Budapest is a femme fatale in her glistening blue evening robe layered over a drop-waisted dress with strapless blue velvet bodice and deeply fringed skirt ablaze with rhinestones.  She's elegant in a lush chinchilla bolero in shades of blue-and-grey with a detachable blue velvet skirt hemmed in fur and caught at the waist with floral rhinestone brooch.  Her sweeping chinchilla coat and matching muff headpiece are magnificent.
