 Once again, Cissy was a cover girl as she was featured on the catalog cover in 1999.

From the catalog:

Twenty of America's top fashion designers have joined forces with Madame Alexander, the country's foremost maker of fine dolls, to create these original masterpieces.  Ten of these spectacular dolls will be offered for sale in limited editions; the remaining eleven are one-of-a-kind treasures.  All twenty-one prototypes will be auctioned off for charity to support breast cancer research.
